We haves used Nelson Alarm for home security for several years. Nelson Alarm has always responded to our service needs in a timely, and professional manner from installation to ongoing security service. The call center has responded quickly when we accidentally set off our alarm or have had a sensor fault on an exterior door. I would highly recommend Nelson Alarm for your security needs.
I have requested many times for you to stop charging me for the service that I canceled, do not need, and for which you have no right to continue billing me for. What do I need to do to make these charges stop and to get a refund for the unauthorized activity on my credit card? Your agent who contacted me this morning replied to my email after many days, then charged me without authorization, without any service period or itemized list that defines why I'm even being charged, yet again. What a completely ridiculous way to do business.nnPlease have someone contact me as soon as possible and not the rep who thinks it's acceptable to continue billing for a service that your customer is requesting to cancel.
