This bakery never disappoints. The food is delicious! If you use mobility aids, it is better right now (Fall 2020) to call ahead or order online & pick up because their Covid precautions make the place very awkward to use. Under normal circumstances, the store is pretty usable in a wheelchair.

We decided to order cupcakes for our daughter's 13th birthday as we didn't think it would be wise to have her blow out candles on a cake during a pandemic. We ordered custom cupcakes and the staff at The Flying Cupcake could not have been more friendly and helpful. Laura made sure the special, edible witch hat topper we requested (we saw it on the one of the Hocus Pocus cupcakes) could be added to the cupcakes we ordered. (Vanilla cupcakes, vanilla icing colored orange, with an edible witch hat). The cupcakes are adorable and perfect for an October birthday party. Thank you to The Flying Cupcake for helping make the celebration even more special.
My cake and cupcakes were gf, and dye free.. the cake was ok. Nothing exceptional about it. Especially for what I paid. That was my greatest disappointment. I won't be back.
Owner is incredibly disrespectful to her employees, fails to adequately train and lacks basic respect. The way she communicates reeks of entitlement and superiority complex. To think that I’ve shopped here in the past makes me sick.
