Baskin Robbins has been one of my favorite ice cream store since I was a child. I was so happy to find out that there was one in my neighborhood once I moved to Indianapolis!nThis location keeps their store clean. Although I cannot comment on the dining space (due to COVID preventing that) their ice cream selection is always on par, and the staff is helpful with their customer service. I will definitely be back!
The young man work was very polite and did a great job helping everyone while working by himself.
Nothing is more annoying than showing up thinking a store is going to be open and they are closed. Properly list your hours!
Employees didn’t know how to make anything and I even walked in on one of them talking about a previous customers “BBW” daughter in front of her. Yeah nice.
This place has a good atmosphere.
