Clerk, no name tag (or mask), so a physical description will have to suffice. He consistently makes rude and inappropriate comments to my wife. His specialty is playing the comedian by answering when asked for a product:nNo, we don't have that.nHave you gone through those already? etc.nWhen she doesn't respond he'll say something like; That usually brings a smile, etc. Whatever.nWhite dude, short hair, gray/blonde. She will not be back, just a note for any other ladies going to this location.

There was 8 people in line one cashier the manager sat behind the counter ignoring the line then dashed into some door and later came out with food. Never did help. She needs supervision.nnI edited to a three star from a one star because I appreciate the owner taking time to respond to my bad experience. Just a piece of info. Lottery makes convenience store absolutely inconvenient. If I pay a mark up for convenience I expect convenience. Right?

I just recently stopped in this store. I had no mask on. The clerk made it a point to yell at me across the store I couldn’t shop there. Meanwhile, as I entered the store I saw a man in line who had no mask on. She said nothing to him and rang him up no problem. When I asked why it was ok for him to not wear a mask she said he had “low blood sugar.” So, apparently Thornton’s keeps medical staff on hand to determine the public’s state of health when entering their store and decides who is ok to shop without a mask and who isn’t. What actually happened was they were discriminatory in applying their “rules” and set a different standard for me as opposed to their other customer. If I can’t shop there, I accept that. But when I personally witness discrimination against me, we have a problem. AVOID THIS LOCATION! Discrimination exists here!
