We enjoyed the quality of the food and service. The cashier was very friendly and patient while we looked over the menu. We never felt rushed. Our meal was prepared in a timely manner and very delicious. I had the Steak & Cheddar Sandwich. My wife had the oriental chicken salad. The lettuce was fresh and the seasoned chicken was perfect.

Today I went in for lunch. My mask was a little big but it was the only one I had on me. I kept trying to talk and it kept falling. The lady at the front stopped taking my order to tell me I needed to keep my mask up. And I did the best I could. I then asked for a flavored coffee and her response was “what do you mean we don’t do that here. You get cream or sugar. That’s it” I kept my cool because maybe she’s just having a bad day. But I find it very rude that she stopped taking my order to tell me to fix my mask yet NONE of her employees had them covering their noses and half didn’t even have their mouth covered. Before you tell someone how to wear their mask make sure your employees follow your rules.

Even though some of their food is really good, this morning I was deeply disappointed in the chipoltle chicken, egg and avocado wrap. The wrap was floppy and poorly assembled. Not to mention I was cold and overall poorly executed. I wish I had pictures but I threw it away after two bites. I will add that I did order a chai tea latte and that was actually pretty good.

I cant remember the managers name, but it began with an R. She was really nice. I think I messed up my order, and they fixed it for me no extra charge. We love this location. We drive from Broad Ripple because its our favorite.

I have been to this Panera several times since they opened at this new location. I have been disappointed in the service nearly every time. I go back because I like the food but recently even the food hasn’t been worth it. The staff isn’t friendly and they don’t seem to enjoy what they are doing. The food is sub par as well. Not sure if the management just doesn’t care or what but there is much room for improvement.
