OMG, I gain 10 pounds just by walking in the door. The staff is very efficient and can easily get you in and out. They have the best sweets in town. The cakes are incredible, the icing is PERFECT. I haven't tried the donuts yet because I can't get enough of their bear claws. I have no idea what they do to them but they are addicting. The cookies are also high on my list of deliciousness, always decorated so pretty for every and all holidays. If you want a top notch sweet desert Taylor's Bakery will definitely deliver.

This comment is by no means reflective of the outstanding service and deserts that Taylor’s Bakery has provided to me over the years, but rather an isolated situation that is personal. Today (November 19th around 3:30 pm) my mother and I who have been customers of Taylor’s Bakery for over 20 years entered. As I now live in New York, when I visit Indianapolis it has become customary for my mother and I to treat ourselves with Taylor’s Bakery. That is why it was to our surprise when we were met with an odd energy that was not very welcoming or reflective of customer service. The engagement was non existent and to be quite frank we felt uncomfortable. In 20 years I do not recall a time where we were not met by high energy and from whom I’m assuming is Mrs. Taylor. Again, this is an isolated personal feeling that is only justified by the past experiences as a customer that speak differently to today’s encounter. Taylor’s is a great Bakery and I hope to receive the energy and welcoming that I have enjoyed for the past 20 years.

Blown away by the quarter sheet cake I ordered very last minute for our son's birthday. It was the most delicious cake I've had (and I love to bake and have tried all the big box ones through the years). Definitely a gem we will use again!
