My two daughters, husband, and I were the only ones here today. Appropriate social distancing measures were taken and it was clean. Staff was friendly and food was delicious. It took about 5-10 minutes to get our orders which makes sense when you have three crepes to make and they gave us our bubble teas to work on first. This isn't the place to go if you're counting calories, but if you want a sweet, delicious treat that might be a bit different from the usual, Youmi Crepes and Bubble Teas fits the description!

This used to be the best milk tea in Indianapolis. However, around 2 years ago, there was a management change and they started watering down the drinks. I've been there many times since then and tried a variety of drinks and been disappointed every time. This is now the worst bubble tea in Indianapolis. I recommend going to Latea on Mass Ave instead.

If I could, I would give my service today ZERO stars!!!!!nNormally my experience is always FANTASTIC!! My grandchildren and I love coming here for a treat! Our drinks and food are always EXCELLENT and we always feel welcomed.nHOWEVERnToday (OCTOBER 27TH, 2020) was the absolute worst customer service I have EVER received. Which is unfortunate at a place I normally love.nThe store was staffed with only one person who acted like the LAST thing they wanted to do was serve customers. We are practicing social distancing and I had CHILDREN with me that of course had masks on. After awhile (45 MINUTES!!!!) they get tired and want to touch EVERYTHING. There was ONE person ahead of us and it took this employee half an hour to get ONE ORDER. Our presence wasn't even recognized!!!! The employee literally sat down, wiped their head as if they were exhausted and wanted nothing to do with our service. The employee looked passed us the entire time. I actually had to ASK if the employee was ready for us after our 45 minute wait.nTHIS EMPLOYEE STILL DIDNT GET OUR ORDER CORRECT AFTER ALL THIS!!!!!nWe were actually told that due to high demand, there was NO batter to make crepes, nor any ingredients to make any. We left with only our beverages (WHICH WERENT EVEN CORRECT)nThis was unbelievably stressful with two kids. Completely ruined our outting.

My sister and I went there. We had never had crepes. They were....eggcellent.nnIf you don't know if you like crepes, you do. Go and get some. I look forward to visiting again.
