Fast service through and through from quotes to the actual move.nnThey worked hard, were diligent, asked questions when need be instead of charging through, were very polite and understanding with issues with the furniture, and respectful all in 90 degree heat and humidity and in locations with no A/C.nnIf you need movers who will move you fast while taking care of your stuff and for the right price, then this is your company! Be careful with this moving company. I made my move in Indianapolis and it was an atrocious moving experience. They showed up unprepared to make the move (no boxes that were promised, making moving difficult). They attempted to have me sign the completion form BEFORE THE MOVE. Do not sign if they do the same to you, as you will be liable to whatever time and charges they write down, even if they are lying. They broke and damaged several belongings. After making a claim, they have not responded FOR A MONTH. I have called several times (they are not allowed to give the managers/claim respondents number) and they have never called back. They never respond on the claim form either.
Absolutely the worst experience of my life! Don't say I didn't warn you!
Absolute terrible experience with this company. They stole several items. When I confronted management they said they would reimburse me but never did. They heat their storage facility with a wood burning stove type deal lol. All of your stuff stored there will smell like a bonfire.
They moved our place pretty quick, but they were not careful with our things. 2 items were damage and 1 was broken.
