Every step of the process has dramatically exceeded my expectations. I had a terrible experience with Ace Moving and Warehousing just trying to schedule my move, so I was really dreading working with another Atlas contractor. But everyone I worked with at this company was exceptional. Allen completed the in-home estimate, Stephanie was the primary contact and coordinator for the move, and Bernard handled the actual move, both packing and unpacking. I can't say enough about the professionalism and care these individuals showed. I don't foresee many more moves from Indiana for me, but I highly recommend this company for anyone who will be moving in Indiana.

Guardian moved us from Indiana to Florida and everything went pretty well. There were a few relatively minor glitches along the way, but that is probably to be expected considering the movement of items into storage before the move. All-in-all, John Magsamen and Ginger Maddox did a great job for us, and we'd recommend them to others. Good value, too.

The team at Guardian Relocation made our move easy -- they were organized and friendly, kept all our belongings in storage for us while we looked for a new home, and brought them to the new house in great shape. Sure appreciate Fred Hart's care and attention--it was great to have him on our side through this whole process.

This review is a mixed bag, really. They didn't call me to schedule a delivery, even though they had the package for three days. By the middle of the fourth day, I was calling anyone and everyone just so I could pick it up, rather than wait for the delivery. Once I got in contact with someone, I scheduled a pickup the next day. Although I was a massive pain in the neck, they treated my kindly and professionally, so I have no real complaints with that part of it.nnTruly, if they would have called within 48 hours of receiving the package, I would have no complaints with Guardian. But when they received it on a Friday and I had to call them the following Thursday (instead of the other way around), that's an awfully long time for it to sit there. So - three stars.nnBut I will extend my thanks to Bridgett and Rod, who helped me out as best as they could. At the end of the day, I was satisfied.nnThanks again.
