Very nice people but half the time the doors will not open for us to get into our storage unit. Also, there have been questionable charges added to my account, I had gotten an email saying that the money had already been taken from my account. So then when we were there to put some more things into our storage the staff would not let us in the unit “due to non payment” but clearly they already had charged me for it.
The staff, while friendly, did not wear any masks. As a parent of someone in heart failure I was shocked and disgusted. The truck we rented had drinks spilled it in, smelled like cigarettes, and had NOT EVEN BEEN WIPED DOWN. Just a pandemic and flu season but sure, don’t even wipe anything down. Luckily, I assumed this to be the case and brought my own. Stick to the wonderful store in Irvington.
Pam was rude as hell!! Her condescending tone is unacceptable! The way she spoke to the customers and employees was degrading! Also, this U-haul location does not have the self check-in or out (24/7) , like the website stated. I initially chose this option via the site, but I had to wait in line to retrieve my key, and again later when I returned the truck. Take notice.
