the staff was kind courteous and considerate. the facility was clean and readily accessible. the one drawback i had is I wish they would have suggested an extra space storage facility closer to my zip code - other than that it was a great experience . I will suggest extra space storage to others in the future
I was looking for a storage unit last second, due to my job informing me that I’d be moved to Kentucky for six months and for this reason I cancelled my lease and needed everything from that apartment stored quickly. I called here and Pauline at Extra Space Storage was able to get me moved in that exact day. She helped me a lot since I never had a storage unit before. Once I figured out I didn’t need a 10x10 and instead just a 5x5 she exchanged the units quickly and I was on my way to Kentucky. This whole process was quick and easy going.
My experience with Extra Space overall has been great!!! The price is well worth the safeness... In road living from Florida to Indy This place has been helpful with great customer service!!! Ask for Pauline in Indy... she is great!!!
I reserved space to store 30 years of accumulated junk in our home on line. Within minutes, Pauline called and took me through the process. Less than an hour after going on line we were raising the door on our storage space. This is a well run business, operated by wonderful people.
We have stored vehicles here for 18 years and highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location. The staff is friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The grounds are clean and secure, and the ease of doing business with the team at this location for 18 years has been greatly appreciated.
