We hired Cody and his guy to help us unload a truck for us. They were on time and obviously knew what they were doing. The operated in tandem and moved quickly. They completed the job in an orderly fashion and did more than expected. They were very careful with our items and protected them as if it was there property. I plan to use Cody and his folks for my next move to NC.
Cody and his team have moved me three times and my parents twice. They are seriously amazing. I will never go with any other movers. I have really large furniture and a huge custom dog cage. They have gotten it in and out of the most cramped impossible spaces, they are true professionals when it comes to quality of work.
There was miscommunication on time and they were 30 mins late starting which limited their availability for us. They were rough with our furniture causing dings. After they left we found boxes and one of our chairs left in another hallway of our bldg. we had asked them to bring 3 guys and some dollies. They brought 2 guys and no equipment. Just very poorly planned and executed. It’s unfortunate.
