Stopped by to get a dresser and found a nice one on clearance with a small dent in the top drawer and I'm satisfied. Customer service was great they got me together simple and quick. I'LL most definitely go back next time I'm in need of furniture because there was a nice selection.

Purchased a 6 piece bedroom suite through dealer with AWF being their supplier.nI received 1 dresser with top damaged. Dealer replaced with a new one that was worse than the first one, having major finishing issues on frame and draws with rough areas without finish, and raw wood showing in multiple areas. AWF told dealer I'd have to bring dresser into AWF. They'd look at it and decide IF they would replace it. I contacted AWF. Ryan requested that I send pictures of damaged areas and he'd call me back within 20 mins. I sent MULTIPLE pictures very clearly showing damage. After 4 hrs, I had not received return call. I called and spoke to Ryan, who seemed frustrated and again indicated, he'd look at pictures, speak to his supervisor (his dad) and call me back before end of day. That was yesterday at 1P. Still have not heard from anyone. Will NEVER buy from this supplier or any dealer associated with again. I'm going to have to hire someone to come and fix the finish on this dresser so it even comes close to matching the other 5 items. PATHETIC TO TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY AND BE THIS IRRESPONSIBLE!nnFollowing posting this, I received an email from Ryan stating his boss had been sick. He was back and pictures I had emailed where forwarded to him so I would hear from him soon.nThat was last Monday, Nov 2. Have not received any communication on Mon,10th.nJust reinforces my decision to never deal with this company again!

This is furniture bought less than 90 days ago. It is breaking down and threading is coming out. Ryan, the owners son first told me on 8/10/20 that he would talk to his manager about what they can do for me since its under warranty. I emailed him pictures, which now he claims he never received. Now I was told I would need to load up the furniture to be examined for a claim or pay a fee to have it delivered to them. I have lost faith in product, warranty and service. I will let small claims court decide how to move forward since the warranty paperwork I received by Tangela ( who is no longer with them) does not state anything about who is responsible for pickup & delivery of a warranty claim. BUYER BEWARE!
