Poor customer service! Did an online chat order, never received an invoice until the day we called for pickup to find out our furniture is in another state! We were promised a pickup date 3x, yet it was not true!nDo not shop these stores! Only out for the money and lie lie lie! Shop else where !
We came into the store a couple of months ago and picked out a living room set for what we thought would be a new home. We were helped by Zach. He was professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. The mortgage fell through in the eleventh hour. We went tonight to get our deposit refunded. As promised we were given a prompt and courteous refund exactly as Zach had promised.nnYou can be confident shopping here that you will be well treated and deposit back guarantee that will be honored. Go in and ask for Zach. He’ll see you are satisfied or your money back.
I think his name was Colton. He was super friendly and helped me out with all of my needs. He definitely has a forever customer in me!
I really don't like writing bad reviews, but thought it would be for the good of the greater public. This store is only good for accessories -- vases, etc. I wouldn't buy furniture here. Quality is super cheap. We bought a dresser and had to exchange it 3 times, finally just returning it altogether. Looked pretty until we examined closer -- all were damaged and made out of cheap materials. Super disappointing.
Do not buy from room place. If your stuff brake they will tell you they can't do anything no refunds no returns. I been trying my best to do something with the broke couch. They gave me 245$ and I still have to pay for it after the 5th time it broke
