If I could give less then one star I would. Simple tech questions are far beyond any of the counter helps ability. I wasn’t sure if I was at a phone store or trap house!!

Had a good experience here, Stephanie was very friendly and helpful in helping me get my hotspot. Can’t complain and would recommend this store!

Stephanie the store manager I believe is her name. She's wonderful and she took her time to be friendly and explain metro service with us. She also was great with my terrible 2's lol. But I would refer Metro pcs service to anybody on this earth. Especially 16th arlington location.
