Warning... The owner is totally unprofessional. He is on his phone half the time, ignores customer. I came in three times; the first to buy a iPhone 5 charger he assured me had a lifetime warranty and he also charged me nearly $30 for the stupid cord, the 2nd time (within weeks later to exchange it because it was already broken, but he had a brand new employee that didn't know what he was doing... Now this is my third trip here just trying to have him give me a refund... Trust me, his demeanor was nowhere near as friendly as it was when in he was making the sale. In fact, he was down right rude. He acted like he cared less, wouldn't give me a refund or EVEN an exchange for an equal product. NO CUSTOMER service whatsoever, not to mention I walk away with nothing but the broken cord I was hoping to replace. I warn anyone and EVERYONE to NEVER shop at this kiosk EVER! Service and products are garbage! Please learn from my experience and mistake!!!!
