Walmart Pharmacy

Very unhelpful. Had a family emergency and have to go out of town and they would not fill my prescription 3 days early even though my doctor approved it and I was basically told tough luck they won't fill it early. Thanks for being super professional and helpful to people who need their medications but hey im not the pharmacist you know better because you took a 3 month course (if that). Absolutely horrible service and attitude. Very disappointed...

very bad service lack of staff one of the worst in area

This place is horrible! Medications are never in stock. They knew my refill was due today, they've had the prescription for 5 days now. Waited until today to tell me they're out of stock. Spoke to a gentleman and he was nasty. Acted like I was inconveniencing him. EXTREMELY RUDE! There are about 2 or 3 nice people but the rest are miserable. I'm going to move all my family prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Bad Customer service! At least from the lady who help me today. I usually have good service here. This looks like a new employee that needs to be coached on the Customer experience

It took a week to get them to honor their agreement with Good RX. I asked to speak with a pharmacist to work it out but they refused stating only that the discount was no longer applicable and it was Walmart’s policy. Their explanation made no sense because the pharmacy tech admitted that they still had a contract with Good RX. Finally I got a Good RX customer service rep to call and advise Walmart Pharmacy that they are required by contract to fill the RX and honor their price. When I picked up the partially filled script, they offered no explanation. The script in question was not a controlled substance. It shouldn’t be that hard.
