I ordered a 2 tier cake on June 8th 2020 to be picked up on June 14, 2020 at 11 o’clock. This was a whole week to get things together. I was running late and got to Walmart at 11:30. I told them I was picking up a cake and they proceeded to tell me that it hasn’t even been started on! NOT EVEN STARTED. I am very disappointed and very unhappy with the service I was provided. I’ve never had a problem until now and this one experience ruined everything for me. I will not be ordering another cake from Walmart. Very unsatisfied.
