I had a packaged that was marked as delivered I got the notification at 12:20 when to look on both porches no delivery. Called customer service the opened a ticket said it was delivered at 11:50. I was home alll day not a knock on a door and let alone no package. Called back and was told my package was marked as lost. I don’t understand why the driver wasn’t contacted nor did the office where it came from never reached out to me. I’m beyond PI$$ED! Then I was told I’ll have to contact the shipper Adidas doesn’t file claims to FedEx is what I was told!

I had a package that ended up there that I was looking very forward to picking up this morning. It was a nice musical instrument that I'd purchased that had gotten sidetracked. I drove up from Clermont but neglected to note the pick up hours and arrived at about 11:30. When I spoke to one of their employees (they have a phone system, you don't see them in person right away), she advised me that I was there outside their normal pickup hours. After a couple days of frustration trying to get my hands on this box, I was rather despairing in my tone and my response. She immediately empathized, don't get upset, I'm going to go look for your package. Shortly thereafter, she wheeled my delivery up to me, and I was just simultaneously ashamed and embarrassed and yet so grateful.nnI'm quite certain this all happened while she had better things to do, y'all.nnI was on the verge of such a high blood pressure midday and this wonderful woman bailed me out. Two days in a row now my package has been “on the truck for delivery” and both days say delivery NOT attempted, rescheduled for tomorrow...at the end of the day... How hard is it to give accurate information/deliver the package... this is why I can’t stand Fed ex... UPS provides better service each and every time!

My package has been sitting at this facility for over 3 weeks and is never out for delivery. FedEx customer service said this location was supposed to contact me within 24 hours and I never received a phone call. I have called 3 times in the past two weeks and no one can seem to figure out why my package will not be sent out for delivery. My package is 3 weeks late.

Have had a package that has said “out for delivery” two days in a row now. I am signed up for delivery updates and have never gotten an update saying my delivery has changed. Now out of nowhere my tracking says it will be delivered tomorrow. The day isn’t even over yet and it seems they are not going to attempt deliver my package that was due to me yesterday. Wouldn’t be such a huge issue if this wasn’t a time sensitive package that was needed yesterday. I had to call customer service and even they don’t seem to know what is going on here. I will never buy anything shipped through FedEx again if this is how delivery goes!
