Jim was fantastic to work with - so efficient! He set me up with the appropriate unit sizes that I needed based on contents being stored; also helped me understand the importance of climate control for many items I was storing. Would highly recommend CubeSmart! Excellent rates and is super clean too - i’ve never seen a more well-kept storage facility. Makes you feel good about keeping your possessions there.
Very clean storage facility. The staff is very helpful. When we needed another storage locker they were quick to accommodate us with one right next to our existing one. Thank you for all of the help making the first part of our move go smoothly!
The store manager, Sherry, I believe, was so helpful she was even willing to come in on her day off to help me access my storage unit since CubeSmart was closed. I didn’t need her to do that but the offer, itself, was heartwarming. Great customer service before and after we arrived from a gentleman who stopped by to see if we needed anything and brought us a cart. Say, what? I know they can’t be everywhere all the time but the customer service was A-plus and so is the facility. Glad I chose CubeSmart.
We found everyone working here very friendly. There is no pressure to purchase. The facility is amazing and we love using the climate controlled area. We have already told others about CubeSmart!
From beginning to end, this was a top notch service. With attentive staff, clean and modern facilities, and superb convenience, I won't look anywhere else for storage needs.
