Incredibly helpful staff and well laid out storage so I never felt like I was unsafe. As a bonus the rates, relative to other storage companies nearby, are quite reasonable.
We worked with Ashley yesterday (08/12/19) to secure a larger unit. We've been a customer of this facility for many years. Ashley, though, was easily the most helpful and attentive person we've met there. Fortunately, there were not others customers she had to attend to, because she spent every bit of 40 minutes helping us make certain we were getting the best deal we could. At the end of it all, I gave her a big hug (unheard of for me) because I really felt that she cared and I wanted to acknowledge that. More people like this at other businesses and life would be far easier. Thanks.
