I’ve been a tenant here for around 3 years.nnAt one point I had 12 units.nnThe rent continue to increase. One of my units almost almost doubled in cost.nnI find dangerous spiders In all of the units.nnFound a dead mouse in one of them.nnNo loyalty to customersnnNeighboring units smell like pissnnI’ve seen People live in these units.nnOverall ... Horrible Experience and Money wasted.n..........nSave yourself the headache... try to take advantage of public spaces first month for $1 deal

The building my unit is in caught on fire while I was on vacation.nI made an appointment to inspect my unit for damages. I was lucky my belongings were not damaged. However, I was told that I only had a few days to remove my belongings before they tear the building down. On top of that there was no 10 x 15 available on site or at a nearby facility.nI was only able to get a 10 x10 indoors unit which I am not happy with. To make things worse. I still had to pay the first month's rent on that new unit on top of the fact it is my responsibility to move my things. I am a single mother with no help. I have had to load my truck up after work and take it to the new site.nVery inconvenient with no reparation for the trouble. I have been in that unit for 2 almost 3 years.

Great team on site. Friendly, knowledgeable, and truly look to find best option for client. Clean, safe, and secure storage units. Gated entry and video cameras throughout property. Team on site knows who is coming and going and committed to protecting belongings. Easy sign up process and had items stored within an hour of touring and signing a contract.

The online sign up is user friendly and provides enough information to choose the right unit for your needs. I was amazed at how quickly somebody called me considering it was a Friday evening that I signed up. The gentleman was friendly and informative. The site is clean and well maintained. The unit was clearly labeled for me and my lock was left inside. I’m very happy with this company and their staff.

I’ve never stored anything before so I didn’t have a clue what to do. Everyone was so helpful especially Tammy who explained it all and walked me thru the process. Highly recommend
