Don't book loads with a guy named Cole Chatham.
Loaded for them last week sat at shippers 7.5 hrs delivered Monday emailed bills to Javier called all week in regards to detention owed to us and got nothing but the runaround if the company can not pay $90 for a driver waiting 7.5 hrs for a load that should have been ready at 2pm they are either on the verge of bankruptcy or crooks a week later and still waiting for a updated ratecon this is why you should not have college grades not knowing about trucking industry brokering fraught I usually pass good brokers number to other driver's but if these guys couldn't even spend 5min to verify that we were there stay away
They charge you a $15.00 processing fee to give you a t check to pay their lumper fee. That’s what I call ripping off the drivers that haul their freight. Bill us for what the shipper should be paying. Just another sleezy way of brokers showing their greed and how little they really care about the drivers who haul for them. Piss poor job fitzmark.
These guys booked my truck out of Ohio. I run reefer so I search for reefer trailers. They listed a Van or Reefer load. I took it, and was turned away because the customer doesn't haul reefers. I was told I could not be paid a TONU because they run this every day and they will never use a reefer. I asked why it was posted under van or reefer, and now there is no load within 300 miles getting my driver home. They basically told me too bad, and refused to pay. They are crooks.
