Everything went smoothly from the first phone call until the job was complete. The crew showed up exactly on time. They exercised great care in handling our Steinway and knew exactly how to take it apart for the trip downstairs and then reassemble it. They even noticed that the previous mover had switched two of the legs. The entire move took about 30 minutes. If the piano ever needs to be moved again, Meridian Piano Movers will be my first and only call.

I received a prompt call back after leaving a voicemail requesting a quote to move a Baldwin Baby Grand from Downtown Indy to the Westside. The gentleman on the phone was able to answer all of my questions, provide a quote, and schedule a time to complete the move. The crew showed up on time, were kind and professional. I had 3 small pieces of furniture that I also needed moved and several other companies had told me they would charge 2x more to take them on the same load as the piano, but Meridian Piano Movers offered to move these items and only requested that I tip the crew for their time and effort -- now that's customer service (and taking care of your employees first!). Meridian Piano movers offered a fair price and great customer service - I wouldn't use anyone else!nnNot to mention, they move an average of 7 piano's per day -- these gentlemen are true experts in pianos and take great care to deliver your piano in top shape!

Great service at a fair price! I was hesitant to have a regular moving company move my 1934 Steinway upright. Meridian Piano Movers gave me a fair price, and they more than delivered. Three very experienced guys moved it from one house to the other in less than an hour (includes driving time and securing it in the truck), and it arrived at the new house in the same condition. I was extremely pleased! The guys were very friendly and helpful! Thanks so much for the great experience! I will definitely be recommending Meridian Piano Movers to friends!
