Everything about our experience with Extra Space was great. The space was exactly what we needed. The price was considerably lower than any other option we looked at. And we left for the confidence that our RV was going to be safe. The staff was very friendly as well

I am thankful I chose this company. I had the priveledge of speaking with Tammy who was polite, knowledgable and kind. I had been notified there was a fire therefore I was concerned. Tammy took the time to listen and then completely answered my questions. I am grateful I chose this storage facility. Tammy is a true asset to this company. I have no regrets having rented from this Extra Space Storage location.

I have stored here before and had a great experience in the past. However, I'm currently sitting outside in my car at this location 10/19/20 waiting on an employee to come inside just so I can buy some moving boxes. An errand that should have taken 5 minutes in and out has taken about 30 minutes so far. A male employee Brent decided as I'm walking into the store, that he was going to leave on break and locked the door and said I had to wait outside until the female employee came back inside. As I'm FINALLY being helped, he walks back inside from his break!! They should really come up with a better system or have more employees!!! This is ridiculous!
