Shop front has not posted that masks are required and when we entered the store, staff was not wearing masks nor was a customer they were serving. We were approached to see if we had been helped, a short conversation followed and staff then proceeded to obtain a mask prior to helping us. No one else in the store wore masks. Super disappointed!
First class operation! Very helpful finding replacement parts for Buck stoves!
Don't expect this place to actually pick up the phone or respond to voicemails. Been trying to just SCHEDULE an appointment for weeks now...
Very good products and service was good too.
Staff was very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We found a gas log soution that was not only more beautiful than competitors, but at a great price. After detailed review of our setup, the installers came on the scheduled day and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be more delighted
