Dave and RDS are a great company to work with! They have only high quality products, and not only offer new, but gently used amazing furniture at reasonable prices. All while helping minimize the environmental impact of perfectly good furniture from being dumped in landfills. Amazing experience from the second I walked in, was able to take all the time I needed to try out their variety of chairs, and they were able to help with adjustments and to make my decision. Definitely will be recommending to all Indianapolis friends, was definitely worth the drive!

Outstanding customer experience with both the service and product. In a sudden stay at home environment where there is no norm, Steve from RDS was quick to respond to my inquiry about an office chair, accommodating with options for a contactless transaction, and friendly throughout the every step of the process. My back is so much happier with this new chair for my home office. It may be refurbished, but it looks and feels like new! Highly recommend doing business with RDS. I purchased an Aeron from RDS last month. It had a warranty issue that was entirely fixable, but when I brought the chair in for warranty service, they already had a replacement for me that I was able to take home the same day! Steve has been very friendly throughout the buying and warranty processes. I would buy from RDS again if I expand my home office.
