Charles was able to download the appropriate software as well as get my computer user ready in a matter of 1 hour while the Geek Squad (@ Best Buy) was not able to complete the same task for over a month. Charles is knowledgeable, fast, and courteous. I would highly recommend Indy Tech and will be taking all further IT issues to Indy Tech.
Needed to upgrade my desktop to Windows 10. Found Indy-Tech Computer Services and called to get information on the cost to upgrade and decided to give this business a try. Charles was very helpful and let me know the cost up front. Brought it in and Charles was very professional in getting my desktop upgraded. Charles let me know when it would be ready. Received the phone call that it was ready and I came in and picked it up. Charles showed me what was done. I made it home and reconnected my desktop and everything was working much better. I appreciate the service that was rendered and I would recommend Indy-nTech Computer Services to anyone with computer issues!!! Thank you Charles!!!

I called and got an estimate, very straight to the point. Fixed the problem within an hour of me bringing in my PC. the virus is gone and my computer runs soooo fast. So grateful! He was very nice and professional. Also affordable
Exceptional service and professionalism, Indy-Tech went above and beyond to fix the problems with my computer , I brought in a essentially dead computer and went home with a fully functioning machine all within the space of an afternoon. I would highly recommend this business if you need computer repair or service. If I ever need this type of service again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
