One of the worst places to work, GMs are greedy soulless sociopaths (yes the one there right now fits right in there) who harass and annoy you to no end.nnI was even accused at this store of writing a one star review, as I useto be a regular. I told em I didn't write one but now here we are.
The guys at the front desk are very helpful. They oriented me very well with prices and information about games system and they answered all my questions. If you are new or an expert on games. This particular game stop is the best. Keep it up guys. 100% recommended.
Not many game options and they did not have any bag so we had to carry everything in our hands.
My son ordered a game online. Got confirmation that it was in. Drove 1 hour to get, told it was a mistake and that the game was out of stock. Offered a 10% discount on another game as compensation, which we did not want. They had emailed that the charge to the credit card would not be made. It was, so now we need to deal with that issue. Very poor customer service.
Very nice, knowledgeable, and friendly workers! Aisles are pretty good width. Doesn't feel as crammed as some other locations and definitely less crowded than other locations. Highly recommend this location of Gamestop.
