Outstanding customer service from start to finish. The people leading this company mean business and execute excellent techniques to accomplish their goals. The agent who came over to my house (Jerry) was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Above all, he treated his customer (myself) as priority and was very flexible to satisfy my security needs. Jerry definitely knew what he was doing and demonstrated big sense of professionilsm, knowledge and common sense.

Technician was very helpful in determining the right kind of setup was best to protect my home. It did take pretty much all day to determine the setup and then set the system up in the home. Keep in mind that you may be able to negotiate for the best price for your setup.
I've never had security system before, but felt it was important to my new move. I was impressed by the many ways to secure our property. Our technician was very knowledgeable and, after a thorough walk through, explained the best options for us. He did not suggest ALL things, just the parts that would be best for us. I didn't even know we could get smoke and carbon monoxide detectors! I also really love the glass break detector in the basement. The system is easy to use and with Pulse I just use my phone to arm the alarm. I'm very pleased and really safe now.
