For 7/8 dollars a sandwich you should get more product. Not worth paying that much for such small sandwiches imo. Not bad tasting, just not product.

I really like their bagels and usually get good service. But two issues cause me to rate them this low. One is that the selection or types of bagels when I go is very hit or miss. Garlic is almost always out. And the slicing is not always good on that machine they have. But the biggest issue for me is when I buy lets say 13 bagels. Twice recently I have gotten home and not had all the bagels I ordered. It happened just this past Monday. I got home and there were only 11 bagels! Why can some of the employees not give the right amount of what you order? Just count them! We should get what we are ordering and paying for and not less. I will have to start counting them before I go. At home, I am dividing them up for different time frames so that is when I have noticed this. I am not saying they are doing it on purpose at all. But regardless it is still happening. And once when I mentioned it to the manager while there after it had happened once, she took them all out and counted them and they were fine that time. But again this week, disappointed about the wrong count and not getting all I paid for even when it is discount day.

Great coffee. Also I was pleased they were still offering their full menu during the pandemic unlike some of their competitors. The signage was very clear on their special procedure and it was still very quick and delicious. Highly recommend the chorizo breakfast sandwich.

Good customer service goes a long way with me, and I just didn't receive that today. I've patronized Einstein Brothers for years, and I've never ever had an issue with my sandwich being cut in half. I requested this action today, and the young man that made my bagel was very stern and dry about him not being able to do it. He offered some explanation about the particular sandwich being served open faced. He seemed uninterested and upset that I had inquired about the situation. Pardon me for bothering you about my food that I purchased.n8 minutes later, another man comes in and orders the same sandwich, and this gentleman was asked if he wanted the sandwich cut. I reached out to the manager and informed her of the conflict of interest. She assured me that the employee was incorrect if he didn't slice the sandwich. The young woman also offered me an apology.
