Asian Massage

I literally just left and this place is very unprofessional. Very rude, wouldn’t answer my question when I asked about my friend getting a massage (the appointment was for two and when we walked in she said one only) and if he was going to be able to get a massage after me or did she have other appointments. Instead of answering she walks away which I thought was to check to see if she had other availability for him. Then she comes back and asks how I’d like to pay and then says, “Quickly, I have other appointments” very hatefully before I can even say anything. When I told her that’s what I was asking before she just stares at me hatefully so we just left. Would not recommend, if you’d like a good massage place Tulip Foot Spa are very professional and have good communication.

This place is great. I've been there about 8 times and every masseuse is good--sensitive to what you need, follow a consistent process so you know what to expect, and cater to whether you want soft, medium, or deep. Atmosphere is calm, clean, and comfortable, staff is friendly. Best massage I've ever had.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I called in twice to get info about how much the massage costs and when they have times open and they hung up on me twice. Finally after the 3rd time calling I got the info I needed, but I will never step foot in this place because they have horrible customer service worst spa ever.
