551 Stover Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227- I had the worst experience with this location. The office staff and DM did not care or help in any way when my unit was broken into. They also continued to charge my account after I had taken my things out of the unit and did not reimburse me. Please note that they are aware that your unit can get broken into if you have an inside unit. They know how to remedy the issue but do not take the initiative to make proper repairs so that the unit would not be able to get broken into. THEY DON'T CARE!!!n***DO NOT HAVE CAMERAS IN THE COMMON HALL AREA.

My unit was broken into and it is VERY difficult to get in touch with anyone here. Even when calling the direct line, calls go to voicemail. I suggest you pay a bit extra monthly for an actual secure storage facility with friendly and trustworthy people.
******DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS AT THIS STORAGE FACILITY*****nWE HAD OUR THINGS IN STORAGE ONE MONTH AND GOT EVERYTHING OUT AND DISCOVERED OVER $1000 OF OUR PROPERTY MISSING. FLAT SCREEN, A FIREPLACE, RECIEVER, A MENS PAIR OF BRAND NEW AIR MAXS, ECT!!!!!!! HARD TO GET A PHONE ANSWERED THERE. NO HELP.nFAMILIES DONT DESERVE THIS!!! DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS THERE!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!
Bethany at the Stover location is great and always has been they're very polite and work with people great. Love the location and have referred a lot of people there.
