Craig was SO helpful. Rather than trying to constantly upsell and push for the sale. He asked us about how well we sleep and why. He took a lot of time to understand what we need in a mattress. he then found a perfect fit for us at a great price.
Anthony was our salesman and we really appreciated his professional demeanor as he was not pushy I’m just suggesting different mattresses a furnace that we were looking for. He gave us space and did not have hover over us. He was so down to earth and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend your store.
Anthony was very easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable about his products. The only negative I can say is not about the store or sales staff at all but Matress Firm would not work with us in financing using another card we had already paid off. Anthony went to work on it and we were able to purchase a lesser model. I would recommend this store and sales staff.
I went into this store hoping to finance a bed, while I did meet 99% of the requirements there was still complications and I wasn’t able to do so. However, with Craig’s help, I was still able to find the bed that fit me just about perfectly despite the issues I experienced. Despite not getting the bed I really wanted, I was still able to have a great experience getting a new bed. Thanks a ton Craig!
Walked in and let Craig Deeken what I needed and walked out 20 minutes later with a delivery date 5 days later. So happy to get a mattress here when I just cancelled with another company because they kept pushing the mattress delivery date off. Plus I got a free adjustable base!
