So, I ordered a number of items in early September 2020. The shipping was delayed till November. Yesterday, I got a call and I was told that the itemsnI ordered will be delayed till December. So, their shipping is completely messed up or they are just type if businesses that are comfortable with “everyone else also is delayed” - a good excuse. I don’t recommend this store at all. The person who called me said I should go to this store to find out if they have any alternatives as I told her to cancel all the items that were delayed. When I went to the store, ghostly looking and unwelcoming customer service was there, she is completely disrespectful, unwilling and zero alternative is offered to me. I had to repeatedly asked to explain me which items were canceled and which were saved. She said she knows nothing as she is not a sale person. Their manager also is no different- he kept saying everything is delayed and everyone else is delayed- not true. I got delivery from other store in 2 weeks. It just depends on items. The stakeholders of this store should check their processing policy as well as shipping. Something is not right. I can sense their unwillingness to help customers. I don’t believe that international shipping has delayed them for over 90 days??? It is very ridiculous. After waiting over 60 days, they called and said the items will be delayed more. I completely regret ordering furniture from this store.

Referred from a friend. Great furniture and customer service! Colton gave me plenty of spaces to browse and answered all my questions unlike other places where they stick to you. He was great help!

Well technically it's 4.5 stars!! They have all these signs posted guaranteeing next day delivery. We're paying for our mattress purchase and then we're told due to Covid, we can't get it next day. Now this would be understandable, EXCEPT I specifically asked about NEXT DAY DELIVERY SPECIFICALLY since tomorrow is a Sunday AND it's Labor Day weekend. I was assured that it wad NOT going to be a PROBLEM. So then why now that we're paying is it a different story. But I spoke to the manager they made it right by us. We even got a free gift. So I still recommend just be cautious in the new era of Covid!! And when you see the new signs with stickers saying that delivery can now no longer be guaranteed next day, remember to thank deedeevee!! Lol

It is like going to buy a used car. This guy would not leave us alone so we walked out.

We had a great experience here with salesman Cody! He gave us the space we requested to browse, while being kind and answering any questions we had. We left to check other stores, but came back the next day, specifically asking for Cody, to purchase furniture. He went above and beyond to give us the help we need, making the process as simple as possible! My second time buying furniture from The Room Place and it definitely won't be the last!
