Great place! No pressure and very friendly and helpful staff. They have a large selection of beautiful furniture at great prices and not too long of a wait to get your furniture delivered. I highly recommend this place!

Marta from Bobs Discount furniture made this sale so quick and easy. Great service extremely nice and friendly. Great prices.. I absolutely will be doing business with them again. Ive been there multiple times and have bought from them several times. and she continues to make this place an amazing place to shop.

Worst customer experience I have EVER had. I am not one to typically write reviews however, after this exceptionally poor service I felt the need to warn future buyers. My S/O and I went into Bobs and purchased a rather expensive sectional. We were told upfront about the delay in shipping due to Covid, okay - expected right? We were told roughly 4-6 weeks.nAfter 4 weeks I receive a text that it’s arrived! Great! Nope, only 1 piece to my 8 piece sectional. Then I’m told it will be another 3 weeks on another 6 pieces and an additional 2 weeks on the final piece. That they can’t store my ONE piece in their warehouse that I must find somewhere to store it while I wait for the remaining pieces. We pick up our one piece. They agree to deliver the remaining pieces. Here we are the day of our first delivery for the 6 pieces & no couch, no phone call. It’s still in Illinois. Now we have to wait an additional 2 weeks for a delivery because someone moved our delivery date without feeling the need to call. The manager of the store simply could care less! Never buy anything from Bobs it will cause you nothing but stress!

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Got a text expecting delivery between 8:30a to 11:45a. They show up at 7:30a. I’m at work so my wife would receive the delivery. Well she’s a night shift nurse and wouldn’t be home until 8a. The hey call her and say if she doesn’t receive the delivery or they can’t leave it in our driveway she’ll have to wait 6 weeks for another try. I tried calling Bob’s furniture number and it’s a machine the will take you through loops without letting you talk to a real person. Save yourself time and heartache and don’t shop here.

This Bob’s furniture has been amazing! It’s been a tough time for them during the pandemic, but their customer service has been great. Robin was a great saleswoman who helped us with everything. Kimberly was so kind to give us a discount when a delay and error occurred in delivery. Our sectional is high quality and so comfy. Buy your furniture from here!
