Tyler was extremely helpful in helping me get windshield wipers for my car and even put them on for me. Good pricing on them too.

The store is clean and everything but I don’t like the customer service. The 2 or 3 times I’ve visited the store the workers just seem like they don’t want to help. Yesterday I asked for some help on getting the oil change package and a worker just told me to get one of their sales magazine things at the front and that was that. I grabbed one and turned around because I thought he was gonna continue to help me but ig he expected me to just figure it out myself. If all I needed was to look at the magazine why would I wait 5 minutes for some help? I ended up walking out and going to Advance Auto Parts. As always, they showed great customer service. Advance always has friendly, down-to-earth people.

I went to this O'Reilly's Auto Parts to purchase a battery for my car. I was told they can install it. They did not! And to top it off young man running the register didn't know what the hell he was doing in charge me three times! Thank heaven is the district manager was there and got the situation corrected. I was so upset, I drove down the street and a competitor installed my battery that I purchased from O'Reilly Auto Parts! In my opinion stay away from the store on East Street in Indianapolis Indiana!
