This place never opens up on time there always late every single day. I bin here every day of the week at 10 trying to get service an know employee is ever one time. They are always late. Never have I seen them open when. They were supposed to
Visited the store to get my first metro PCS phone serviceand was helped by KJ in the store and thought she was friendly helpful and knew what she was talking about and thought that she had hooked me up with the best phone and service that she could and then she told me on getting some accessories as well which I never do in the store because they're too expensive I would never pay $20 for a phone protector or the screen protector but she said she had a special for 1/2 price if I get 2 items. I got them but when I walked out and looked over reciepy I saw they rang up as $20 each and I went back in and she tried to hustle me into believing that it was taken off somewhere else in the transaction so I wanted her to show me where and of course she couldn't so then she told me that yeah there was a mistake and that she was sorry and she couldn't give me the money back for it but she would let me have another accessory just take one she said but I didn't need another accessory I did need my money back though that I wasn't supposed to have had to spend but that wasn't going to happen so I left there really unhappy and then when I got home today I downloaded my receipts from that day for this transaction and I realized that KJ also charged me for the insurance at $10 a month that I absolutely do not want and we had a conversation that I was not getting it but she signed me on for it anyways! So isn't it ironic that the 2 things they the sales people make extra money on commissions for are the 2 things that KJ decided k was going to have one way or another? I called customer service and they are so sorry and that's where the service ENDS! It's one thing when a mistake happens but it's a whole other thing when it happens multiple times in one transaction and then I get to looking at the reviews here on Google and see that these bad reviews about the same type of issues have been being left on here for well over a year and metro clearly hasn't done anything about it because they're still doing the same damn things that they were doing over a year ago so what the hell is up MetroPCS do you just not care about your customers at all or is the customers that go to this particular store the special ones they get treated like total s*** and like they don't matter I'm just curious because I'm super disappointed and I will say this I was a T-Mobile customer for the past 10 years and I've never ever been treated the way that I was just treated in regard to the situation and I think that they should be embarrassed to have you using their name along with yours because you guys have nowhere near the ability to have their name on your stuff considering you guys are not anywhere near in the league that T-Mobile is. T-Mobile should have never partnered up with you guys because you don't deserve to have their name on yours!
WORST SERVICE EVER. SOLD ME A PHONE WITH NO CHARGER DIDNT ADVISE OF THE 7 DAY POLICY SAID I HAD 30 DAYS TO RETURN PHONE IF I DIDNT LIKE IT, NEVER EVEN GAVE ME A RECIPENT. HE PUT IN HIS HEADPHONES AND BLOCKED ME OUT.
Pretty happy with the service. Economical and good reception. If any issues pop up, their customer service line is great. I think they do value their customers and that's rare these days.
Well went in ready to trade in AT&T walked right back out!! The lady working wasn't friendly.and the was out of the ✌ud83cudffdIPhone they was supposed to have!!!Store was small but clean!! Won't be going back!So I did go back & they did have the iPhone was very nice & now I don’t have to pay at&t some outrageous amount to at&t only to have my data reduced !!!
