Absolute waste of time. Unethical business practice & poorly informed employees.nnCame in to file an insurance claim for a phone with a bad charging port. The employee helping us immediately pushed for us to upgrade the phone. He was backed up by his manager in that being the ONLY option because the phone would be called “damaged beyond repair” and wouldn’t be fixed by the repair shop.nn45 minutes later he said we actually SHOULD go to the repair shop... when he realized the line wasn’t eligible for an upgrade. The repair shop was 10 minutes from closing when he changed his mind, and he couldn’t even provide their address.nnThe repair shop fixed the phone in about 20 minutes. I’ve worked in cell phone stores and I understand the drive to push your sales, but the way this store handles customers is unethical. Management should know and do better.
Deadrick was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. He got my new note 9 bought and set up and helped me switch from apple to android by helping me back up everything onto Google photos. 10/10 great service
Representative is absolutely rude, pathetic service. They are unwilling to understand your situation, all they do is referrer you to customer service, feels like your talking to a brick wall.
