Very unhappy with customer service here,nThey started out really nice and friendly,but I was later to find out they had adding on additional service fees they I did not want or need on my agreement...and more recently was charged a late fee. When I was not late and no one called regarding my payment not to mention I’ve never been late with my paymentsnWhen I ask why they didn’t call the assistant manager claim they don’t call anymorenBut later to find out the district manager claim someone called which they did notnSo it seems one person saying one thing and the other saying another which makes the whole company look dishonestnI’m giving them 2 stars based off they lack of good quality customer servicenNot to mention how no one explain to me I needed to air the box mattress outnUntil I had to call back several times asking them why my daughters mattress had this odd smellnI will not be purchasing anything else from this storenVery disappointed I almost want return the mattress and go somewhere elsenHopefully they will realize they need their customers and that includes giving outstanding customer service

We will see so far so good nice helpful gave us space and answered every an all questions positively wanting to help find what we were looking for doing paper work and hopefully we'll have a new living room set

I am noticing the reviews on here are rather negative but are also mostly a year or more older. I have had a great experience with this Rent-A-Center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out of there way to get us the bed we wanted and even made sure we got it quickly. They have been extremely kind and understanding when I have not made it in time for my payment due to schedule or my own forgetfulness.

They will call your work and bug your boss, show up at your place of employment and bug your boss and coworkers to try to embarrass you even if it's a couple of days till your payment is due. They will blow up your phone even if you answer it and then be rude as hell. I believe what they are doing is against the law and harassment. I'm calling the better business bureau tomorrow. If you want to rent to own furniture go to Aaron's or any other place. I'll never make the mistake of giving them money EVER again.
