Austin did an awesome job helping my husband and I get new phones! We came in 30 mins before close and he was so kind. I am a virtual teacher and had to have a phone that night for work the next day. He was very understanding and helpful!
The reps in this store are very friendly and knowledgeable! Ted and Jay especially; they helped me switch to a newer plan, which saved me money and I was able to upgrade with little cost! Will recommend this store to all my friends

Went here a couple weeks ago and forgot to leave a review! I had a broken screen that was pretty much beyond repair on my phone, Wes and Austin (if I'm remembering the names right) helped me out big time. Walked me through and helped the whole process of filing the claim to the phones insurance, getting a better plan for my mom for the family, and I got a replacement that was an upgrade same day at an outstanding price. The guys there were funny and friendly and made the time it took to get though the process enjoyable. Fantastic location, best experience I've had at a Verizon based store.
