Great customer service everyone was very friendly and made sure to accommodate all of our needs. They were very suggestive selling as well and informative on sales as well. The store was very clean and easy to get around. They have nicely set it up. I highly recommend. And the bed I bought was perfect and thankfully for the gentleman and all his help making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Keep up all of the great customer service we need more like you all.

I been paying on dryer I cant get fixed. The glass on the door broke as I was drying my clothes . I ask them to fix it. They came out and took pictures and I waited for them to come and fix it I never heard anything for weeks. So I called them and they finally sent someone and then corporate tried to say I broke it. Then they said they would send me a replacement and I waited til 7.00 pm just for a guy to take more pictures and send it to corporate to decide. So they lied to me. If I had the money I'd send this set back and buy me a set . This is poor customer service. Becareful buying anything from them.

I have been a loyal customer for well over a year! However JOSH is a HORRIBLE GM. I truly do not know how he even has his position. If it wasn't for the regional manager I would of never considered getting the bed. Maybe if Josh wasnt there it would be a 5 star.

I would not recommend trying to purchase anything from this location. Seems to be very mismanaged. Called before my payment due date to set up a double payment for the next week and was assured it was all set up and good to go. Since then I received 3 calls still trying to collect payment. At the end of each conversation I was told that would be the last call and everything was good to go. Unfortunately that was far from the truth as I got 3 more phone calls within 24 hours. All in all, I had to set up for the appliances to be returned (to stop the calls and keep my sanity). Stay away!
