Bussell Piano service assisted me in finding a lead on an amazing piano of great quality for an insane price free of charge. So we utilized Robert to tune our piano in good faith and he did a very nice job tuning our piano. The sound is excellent and I imagine its back to the way it sounded leaving the factory. Robert was very easy to work, very clear and responsive to telephone communication and performed his work within the scheduled time frame. Bob has serviced my pianos for years. His work on my Baldwin L-1 Artist Series Grand has included extensive regulation of the action, repair on a slipping tuning pin, correcting an annoying buzzing sound in addition to tuning.nnAs a former professional musician, I probably ask more of him than most of his customers.
