Went to pick up donuts for staff this morning, door locked, drive through only so no way to see what they have. Waited 10 min in drive through, only to get to window and told no ghost pepper donuts. Ask other flavors yeast type, told plain, choc frost, vanilla frost, strawberry frost and maple frost. Really? 5 flavors? Left buying nothing, late for work. Could have all been alleviated if door was open to serve customers! Called Jacks, their door is open, and has been since lockdown ended last summer and have a wide variety to do a mix of flavors. Dunkin either should let people in to see if really only 5 options, or have knowledge staff that can provide true range of choices. Jacks gets my business!

They used to have the best customer service! I take my daughter almost once a week in the morning and they used to have great customer service and I enjoyed coming. Now there is a new manager who said she took over a week ago and she was very rude while taking my order, kept telling me to stop talking and hang on and was not polite. When I pulled up to the window the cashier did not say a single word either, just took my payment. So you could tell the new owner left a bad rapport with the employees as well. Working in customer service myself I was not pleased and will not return.

Slowest service ever. I sat at the drive thru to order over 10 minutes.. no one infront of me. Unreal.
