These guys are AWESOME! They go the extra mile for you. They fight for you to make sure that you get everything you should get. They'll even go to bat for you with customer service! The best experience I've had in a phone store!! They took the time to help my wife and i get the best deal on new phones and were kind enough to walk through everything patiently and made the visit fun! Would rate 10 star if i could

They sold me a phone that had a broken charging port, I tried returning it less than 12 hours later and they refused to exchange it and were incredibly unhelpful. Worst expierience with customer service ever and I never got compensation for a broken phone and month of service I never got to use. Kind of traumatizig actually.
