I came in with questions about the security of my account and to make sure that nobody had hacked into it. After Nick got a hold of Verizon customer service for me and I was able to speak with customer service I was reassured that the integrity of my account was all in order and the representative on the phone even added another password just to ensure my account will be kept intact and not hacked. Great customer service, helpful and courteous. Got me set up with a new phone quickly. In and out in 30 minutes. 10 of which was having the screen protector applied and taking care of all my questions.nn1000 times better than the Coburg rd location...

Three weeks ago I upgraded my phone from an I phone 8 to and I phone 11. Brice helped get everything switched from one phone to another. He was quick, efficient and friendly throughout the process. Not only that but also was friendly with my three year old who was trying to terrorize the place. The manager on duty (Mike) is amazing also.nnYesterday I had to go back because I needed help with my Apple Watch syncing to this new phone I mentioned. This time I had the pleasure of working with Jack who spent approximately an hour and a half getting the watch updated and synced (while the same 3 year old ran a muck in the store) Great customer service once again from all of the staff at this Verizon location!! I think they all (including the manager) deserve raises! Thank you!
