Super friendly staff, clean store throughout, great attitudes and very knowledgeable in their forks. If they don’t have the answer they are always willing to find it to help create a better customer experience. Will always being going to this store. They made the whole experience easier in every way. Great staff which is definitely direct work from the manager in charge.

I was extremely unhappy with a gentleman who waited on us. I had to wait for 40 minutes and some other customers came in behind us who were waiting also. Then two young lady's came in and when it was our turn he asked them to the counter in front of us and when I stated we were next he acted like he didn't believe me until the customers who arrived behind me spoke up and said yes she was next and then us and then the young lady's. He wasn't obliging at all and didn't have the sim card I waited for and told me I would have to go to another store and start the process over again. I have been a customer for 10 years with Sprint using the same store and haven't ever been treated badly by the staff there. I hope the merge with T mobile didn't have anything to do with poor quality service I experienced. If so I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.

Went in looking for information on phone plans and the representative, Gustavo who assisted me was so helpful, and very attentive to what I was looking for. A1 customer service.

If I could give it a negative star I would, there is only two good employees there and that is the two men that work there... went in today to ask some questions and received nothing but an attitude from the store manager. After asking my questions and being told to go to the west 7th store she went into the back and when she came out all she did was glare at me and look me up and down the entire time I was being helped by the gentleman. Liked it better when it was a Sprint now that its switched i will be pulling my lines and going elsewhere.

Today, I came into the store with a few questions and an associate named Gustavo had all the answers. It was a little busy but i was in and out of there very quickly. Him and the manager were very helpful and I definitely will remember the great service I experienced there
