These folks were great. My moving dates kept changing and they accommodated me every time. The Pod was perfect for my use as I also needed to store my possessions for a period of time. Delivery people were great to deal with and the loading help they recommended where the best.
Misleading on size of POD. Got a 16ft POD for storage of our 3BR home. PODS says that it should fit a 3-4BR house! We sold most of our furniture and really don't have much in terms of furniture and our things did not fit. I'm not sure what 3BR house they are fitting in there. We ended up needing additional storage and now if I had to do over, I would've just done a storage unit for all!
Rented PODs they bought out the 16' containers. Loaded and shipped. No problems. Until it came delivery time. They don't service the area we moved to. So now I have pay somebody pick up house hold stuff. They won't deliver anything over 50 miles. That was something that should have been said before service. They're the only POD service in Indiana.
Pod arrived dirty upon initial delivery as it was never cleaned. Inside full of trash, literally. The door was also broken and janky. The pickup appointment was also missed, not once, but twice. You would think after missing it the first time they would make it a point to pick it up first thing in the morning the next day, but no, that was too difficult. I'll be using PackRat next time. Their customer service was better for our other container and the units are much better cared for.
I checked on pricing and very reasonable!
