I wish they would tell their customers to be mindful of the homes that sit behind/side of the storage units. Some of us work 11-7 and we sleep during the day. I've had my sleep ruined 10 times so far all because they want to blast their music.
Reasonably priced staff friendly online payments doesn't work with all cards
Safe, reliable, and decently prices!
For the price, the facility is nice and affordable. But my reasoning for the one star is the recent change in payment options. no longer can you use the simple payment portal online, now you have to pay in person or over the phone. It's inconvenient and the price increased around the same time.nnEdit to answer the owner: yes really. On top of that your staff does not like to answer the phone. So paying the bill, while some of us have to work on a time schedule, can be a real pain when no one will answer the phones!
