Have stored stuff at this facility for almost 2 years. The staff are very friendly and professional and it is easy to pay my storage bill online.
Shalonda is always very friendly and helpful. She is the reason we have multiple spaces at the fall creek location.
We’ve had our stuff here for three months. They have raised the price and didn’t even notify us. How do you raise the price that quickly and on top of that what company doesn’t inform of price increases? I don’t trust this company anymore and we will be moving our stuff out soon. I’d look elsewhere if considering this company.
Renter beware. Expect to get unexpected price increases at least once a year. Mine nearly doubled over the course of 7 years. Climate controlled units are a joke. In the summer heat, my 2 climate controlled units were over 90 degrees. The front office staff changes frequently and new management provides very poor communication. The office staff has their hands tied because they can't access your account for more than a few months. I was paying almost double the price of the website cost and Angel told me I was paying one price, but I was being billed a much higher price. You can't call the corporate office for clarification. You are required to write your issues and mail it. I did this over a month ago and have yet to hear a response. I asked several times for light bulbs to be replaced in the hallways and nothing was done. Overall, a very unsatisfactory and expensive experience.
Great customer service, easy to work with and exceptional follow-up. Onsite management/manager is superb and professional.
